CAMELOT GLOBAL LIMITED (hereinafter, we, us, our, CameALot) provides informational and advertising services (hereinafter, Services) through www.camealot.co (hereinafter, website).

Please read this Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”, “Policy”) in full before using our Services. This Policy explains what you are paying for, the general terms and conditions for refunds, the process of refunding money, and other questions related to getting your money back. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not pay for our Services.

This Refund Policy, Privacy Notice and CameALot Cookie Policy constitute integral parts of CameALot Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this document shall have the same meaning as in CameALot Terms & Conditions.

  1. What services do we provide, and what are you paying for?

1.1 CameALot does not provide escort services, but is an informational website that sells advertising spaces to Advertisers or Agencies. Particularly, CameALot provides advertising Services to Agencies and Advertisers, and informational services to Customers.

1.2 We solely provide payable services to Advertisers and Agencies. Advertisers and Agencies can purchase advertising spaces on our website for a term agreed between Parties. We do not provide any other payable services. You are paying only for the advertising of your Profile on our website.

  1. What are the general refund terms and conditions?

2.1 In general, we do not provide refunds for our Services under any circumstances.

2.2 Exception: If we do not start providing our Services to Advertisers or Agencies we would be happy to process your request for a refund. Please be aware, the moment your Profile is published on our website, is considered to be the start of provision of Services on our behalf.

2.3 You can request a refund only prior to the commencement of our Services.

2.4 We do not have any credits or bonuses on our website. We can process a refund only by the same means that you used to pay for our services. Refunds will not be processed in the name of other Parties or through other payment methods not used initially to pay for our Services.

  1. How fast can I get the refund?

3.1 The general refund period is 7 days plus the standard period for processing banking transactions at your bank and credit card company.

  1. How do I request a refund?

4.1 In order to request a refund you would need to send a message to our support email at info@camelot.co indicating your username, order id and reason for refund. After receiving your request for a refund and inspecting the condition of your request, we will either process your refund or revert back to you with reason for rejection of your request.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 2 to 3 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
