CAMELOT GLOBAL LIMITED (hereinafter, we, us, our, CameALot) provides informational and advertising services (hereinafter, Services) through www.camealot.co (hereinafter, website). Please read this Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”, “Notice”) in full before using our Services. This Notice explains the information that we collect when you use our  Services, how this information is used, with whom it may be shared, and your options regarding privacy.

If you do not agree to this Notice, please do not use our website.

This Privacy Notice and CameALot Cookie Policy constitute integral parts of CameALot Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this document shall have the same meaning as in CameALot Terms & Conditions.

1.2 CameALot is the controller of the personal data you provide when using our Services.

1.3 In cases where you provide personal data to an Advertiser or Agency through the Services, CameALot acts as a processor of the personal data, processing data on behalf of the Advertiser or Agency.

  1. Children's Privacy

2.1 We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals who are under the minimum required age specified herein. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Individuals under the applicable age are prohibited from access and use of our Services. If you are a parent or legal representative who believes your child has provided personal data to us, you may ask us to delete such information by contacting us at address@camelot.co.

  1. Data We Collect, Purposes and Legal Grounds

3.1 Account Information for Users

3.2 We do not require you to sign up, but we collect such types of information: your device and browser information, user ID, IP-address, geolocation data, date, time, and duration of your visit to our website, links you visited, links by which you were addressed to the Services. Also, when you contact an Advertiser or Agency we collect the following types of information: name, email and phone number.

3.3 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of Services – providing you with informational services, improving and personalizing the Services;
  2. Legitimate interests – we use Account data to improve and personalize our Services.

3.4 We use Account information:

  1. To conduct marketing analysis;
  2. With your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails; and
  3. We may use Account data to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

4. Account Information for Advertiser/Agency/Affiliate

4.1 Types of information: full name, phone, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexuality, eye color, hair color, height, weight, bust-waist-hip, piercing, breast, bust type, tattoo, pubic hair, smoker, your language, country of residence, state/region/province, city, zip code, address, avatar (photo or another image), email, licenses\certificates, financial data (credit card data, bank account data), information about a legal person or an organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent: its legal name, website address, country, brief description, and your position in the person or organization.

4.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of Services – creating and maintaining your Account, contacting you regarding Services or Account, connection with Users, determining whether the Services are available in your country, improving and personalizing the Services;
  2. Legitimate interests – we use Account data to verify your identity and requests for the services.

4.3 We use Account information:

  1. to conduct marketing analysis, and we can occasionally contact you regarding a new feature on the Services, update of the Services or useful materials you might be interested in;
  2. With your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails; and
  3. We may use Account data to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

4.4 Under the GDPR, we should process special categories of your personal data only if you provide us with explicit consent. We collect special category information, such as ethnicity and sexuality, in order to indicate them on your profile. In order to lawfully process special category data, you should give explicit consent by means of simply checking the "I agree to the processing of special categories of data" box at the end of the My Profile form.

5. Moderation Procedure for Advertiser/Agency/Affiliate

5.1 Types of information: full name, phone, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexuality, eye color, hair color, height, weight, bust-waist-hip, piercing, breast, bust type, tattoo, pubic hair, smoker, your language, country of residence, state/region/province, city, zip code, address, avatar (photo or another image), email, licenses\certificates, financial data (credit card data, bank account data), information about a legal person or an organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent: its legal name, website address, country, brief description, and your position in the person or organization.

We do not usually record videos of the moderation procedure, but we can do it in certain cases. In such a case, we will additionally inform you.

5.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Based on our legitimate interests and the necessity to provide you with our Services, we process moderation information to assess your eligibility to provide Services in terms of expertise and current demand on the Services.

6. Public Profile for Advertiser/Agency

6.1 Types of information: full name, phone, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexuality, eye color, hair color, height, weight, bust-waist-hip, piercing, breast, bust type, tattoo, pubic hair, smoker, your language, country of residence, state/region/province, city, zip code, address, avatar (photo or another image).

6.2 Please note that unregistered Services visitors will be able to see your public profile. Unregistered visitors also will be able to see other types of Account information (except phone, e-mail, age, password).

6.3 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of Services – as one of the features of the Services, we enable visitors to search for Advertiser/Agencies and review their public profiles.
  2. Legitimate interests – we analyze profile information as a part of your Account information to conduct our marketing research and prevent fraudulent activities on the Services;
  3. We may use profile information as a part of Account information to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

7. Communications with Manager

7.1 Types of information: any information you provide to the Manager (including financial data (credit card data, bank account data), date and time of call with the Manager, information about the legal person or the organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent,  issues or other details you might share with the Manager.

7.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of Support Services, and
  2. Legitimate interests – analyzing the efficiency of the Manager, popularity of certain Services and other services, as well as for the prevention of fraudulent activities.

8. Services between Users and Advertiser/Agency

8.1 Types of information: name, email, phone number.

If necessary, we can request additional information to qualify the request.

8.2 The Advertiser/Agency will be able to see the User’s full name, email and phone number and any additional information provided by User.

8.3 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of Services of connecting Users with Advertiser/Agency;
  2. Legitimate interests – marketing analysis of requests and Services popularity; and
  3. We may use Account information to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

9. Communication with Advertiser/Agencies

9.1 Types of information: any information you share with an Advertiser/Agencies through the Services, including your name, email, phone number.

9.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. In this case, we act merely as a processor on behalf of Advertisers/Agencies, providing storage. The Advertiser/Agencies is the data controller for any information he/she/it obtains from the User.

Disclaimer: Please note that you provide the information directly to the Advertiser/Agency, who is the data controller in this case. CameALot has no control nor decides over the use of any information provided to the Advertiser/Agency. For exercising any data rights, please contact Advertiser/Agency.

10. E-Mail Requests

10.1 Types of information: e-mail address, subject, and content of the request.

10.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Provision of services – to assist you with your request;
  2. Legitimate interests – marketing analysis of the traffic and requests; and
  3. If you give your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails.

11. Social Networks

11.1 Types of information: subscriptions, likes, comments, retweets, reposts, and any other activity on our pages on social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc).

11.2 Purposes and legal grounds:

  1. Assisting with your requests, responding to the activity, marketing analysis, social interaction and engagement of users.

12. Log Data and Analytics

12.1 We collect information about your experience on the Services – your device and browser information, login data, user ID, IP-address, geolocation data, date, time, and duration of use of the Services, links you visited, links by which you were addressed to the Services.

12.2 We use this information:

  1. to give you the control over Account active session (give information about logged-in devices, history of orders, etc.);
  2. to monitor fraudulent activities on the Services; and
  3. to analyze traffic statistics.

12.3 Also, usage data is collected in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve Services’ usability and for marketing purposes. Learn more about it in the Analytics section below.

13. Retention Period

13.1 This section sets out how long we retain your personal data.

13.2 CameALot retains your personal data as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, in particular, so long as you have an Account and/or until your financial obligations are duly fulfilled, unless the law establishes a longer retention period.

13.3 In the case of the moderation procedure, if the decision is negative, we include the information in the shortlist of creative providers, where we store it for 12 months. You can request us to delete your data at any time.

13.4 When you delete your Account, we will delete your personal data within one month.

13.5 If we deactivate your Account due to its inactivity for 12 months or more after the last session, we will delete your personal data within one month after deactivation.

13.6 In case of communication with an Advertiser/Agency, the retention period is defined upon the instructions of the Advertiser/Agency. In case of absence, the storage period is the period of time of ongoing relationship.

13.7 In case of e-mail request, retention period is 2 months after receiving the request.

13.8 In the case of social networks we retain information as long as the relevant page/content/user exists on a certain social network.

13.9 In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.

14. Cookies

14.1 We use cookies to appropriately run the Services and for the analysis of the Services traffic. To learn more about the cookies, please read CameALot Cookie Policy.

15. Third Parties’ Services

15.1 We may use third parties’ services for data storage, sending email notifications, newsletters, and announcements, as well as to manage our relationships with Users and Advertisers/Agencies/Affiliates. In any such case these third parties may only use information about Users and Advertiser/Agency/Affiliate to perform services on CameALot behalf. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We ensure that all relevant Data Processing Agreements shall be signed with such third parties before we initiate the transfer of data.

16. Analytics

16.1 We use analytic services to collect details of the Services’ use, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, length visit, other communication data, IP address, device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers).

16.2 In aggregated form, this information allows us to analyze the popularity and usability of the Services.

16.3 Non-personally identifiable information can be collected and processed on the Services by Google Analytics in an anonymized and aggregated way to improve Services usability and for marketing purposes.

17. Other Disclosures

17.1 In addition to the disclosures for the purposes identified before, CameALot may disclose information:

  1. if required by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; and
  2. in case of a sale, license or otherwise assigning our corporate rights, the Services or their separate parts to third parties.

17.2 Except as provided in this Privacy Notice, we will not sell or share your information with third parties.

18. Your Data Rights regarding your personal data

18.1 You may exercise certain rights regarding your personal data.

18.2 If you believe that we violate your data rights, you have the right to file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

18.3 In particular, you have the right to:

  1. Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
  2. Object to the processing of your personal data. If we process your information in our legitimate interests, e.g., for direct marketing emails or for our marketing research purposes, you can object against it. We will consider your request and, if there are no legal grounds to refuse it (e.g., public interest), stop the processing for such purposes;
  3. Be informed of what information of yours we hold, how we obtained it and how long we intend to keep it;
  4. Verify and have your personal data rectified in the event that they are inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date;
  5. Restrict the processing of your personal data. When you contest the accuracy of your personal data, believe we process them unlawfully or want to object against the processing, you have the right to temporarily stop the processing of your personal data to check if the processing was consistent. In this case, we will not process the personal data for any purpose other than storing them or for the legal compliance purposes until the circumstances of restriction cease to exist;
  6. Ask us to delete/destroy/erase/otherwise remove the personal data about you (the right to be forgotten) (to the extent CameALot is not otherwise permitted or required to keep such data). Please note, that the deletion of your personal data may affect your experience on our Services or lead to close of relationships between you and us if the personal data were strictly necessary for the provision of services; and
  7. Have your personal data transferred to another organization (the right to data portability). The right applies if we are processing personal data based on your consent or under, or in talks about entering into a contract and the processing is automated.

18.5 In certain cases, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. While verifying your identity, we shall generally avoid requesting additional information from you for purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request additional information from you, which shall only be used for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We shall delete any new personal information collected for the purposes of verification as soon as practicable after processing your request, except as required to comply with applicable legislation.

19. Responsibilities

19.1 We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide us with is truthful, accurate, current and complete. Furthermore, if you share with us the data of other persons, it is your responsibility to collect such data in compliance with local legal requirements. For instance, you should inform such other persons whose data you provide to us about the content of this Notice and obtain their consent.

20. Security of Personal Data

20.1 We store your personal data on the servers of the provider in France/Netherlands. These servers have all the technical measures to store personal data securely and protect against unauthorized access.

20.2 We also have the right to transfer your personal data to third parties in order to perform processing activities. In this case, CameALot ensures the appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data.

20.3 CameALot takes necessary and sufficient organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

20.4 Immediate access to some amount of personal data is only allowed to our authorized employees that are involved in maintaining the Services. Such employees keep strict confidentiality and prevent unauthorized third-party access to personal data.

21. Changes to the Privacy Notice

21.1 We keep our Privacy Notice under regular review to make sure it is up-to-date and accurate.

21.2 CameALot can make changes to the Privacy Notice at any time. If we decide to change our Notice, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Notice. As far as technically and legally feasible, we will notify you about any significant changes by giving notice through the Services and/or sending a notice by contact information. It is strongly recommended to check this page from time to time.

21.3 Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of your consent, we will collect new consent from you, where required.

22. Links to Other Services

22.1 CameALot Services may contain links to other services and platforms. Although  CameALot chooses its partners thoroughly and diligently, it cannot be responsible for the content, terms and conditions or privacy policies of other services and platforms.

22.2 Where we provide links to other services or platforms, this Privacy Notice does not cover how that service or platform processes personal data.

22.3 We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Services and read the privacy notices on the other services and platforms you visit.
